1. Introduction

Welcome to QuantumAI UK. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuantumAI UK's website, services, and educational programs (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

QuantumAI UK grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license is subject to these Terms and does not include:

• The right to modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services;
• The right to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in our Services;
• The right to remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from our Services;
• The right to transfer your rights to use the Services; or
• The right to access our Services by any means other than through the interfaces provided by QuantumAI UK.

3. Registration and Account Security

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and other credentials used to access your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

You must notify QuantumAI UK immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. QuantumAI UK will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all content and other materials contained therein, including, without limitation, the QuantumAI UK logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, videos, information, data, software, sound files, and other files (collectively, "Content"), are the proprietary property of QuantumAI UK or our licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit any Content for any commercial purpose without obtaining the prior written consent of QuantumAI UK or, in the case of Content owned by a third party, the owner of that Content.

QuantumAI UK respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at legal@quantumai-uk.edu.

5. Educational Programs and Payment

QuantumAI UK offers various educational programs and courses, which may require payment. By enrolling in such programs, you agree to pay the applicable fees as they become due. Prices for our programs are subject to change, but changes will not affect programs for which you have already paid.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize QuantumAI UK and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees to the payment method you have provided.

Refunds for our educational programs are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6. User Content

Our Services may allow you to post, upload, or submit content, such as comments, reviews, or forum posts ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that User Content, but by posting, uploading, or submitting User Content to our Services, you grant QuantumAI UK a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own the User Content posted by you or otherwise have the right to grant the rights and licenses set forth in these Terms; (b) the posting and use of your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person or entity; and (c) the posting of your User Content does not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party.

You agree not to post User Content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable;
• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person;
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
• Impersonates any person or entity, including any employee or representative of QuantumAI UK; or
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

QuantumAI UK has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any User Content. QuantumAI UK takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content posted by you or any third party.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links only as a convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources. You acknowledge sole responsibility for, and assume all risk arising from, your use of any third-party websites or resources.

All provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

QUANTUMAI UK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT OUR SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUANTUMAI UK, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES, ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF QUANTUMAI UK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
